Storage account has been suspended despite auto payment from jan, feb, april. March payment was not auto-taken.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Can you email store@risevision.com with the details of the user who purchased the subscription, so I can track down what is going on with it?

I feel your pain.  The same thing has just happened to me.  I have auto-payments but my service says it has been suspended for non-payment.  The card has plenty of funds and if I do it manually it goes through fine.  Not sure what's going on but this doesn't look good.

I have emailed support with the customer having issues now.  Same issue.  No content coming from the library.

I logged in to the account on storage.risevision.com and confirmed that all of your media was there and not throttled. I previewed a video to no issue. I then took a look at the presentation that you linked in your support request, I am not seeing any error message, and video media seems to be playing. 

Was this affecting all videos, or just one?

I think I see the issue now.  It's been the same every time.  When you say "I" have to log in to get it re-validate, I believe the actual condition is that "you" must.  It's been the same for every company with this issue.  Robb said we only had to go in to the library, save and publish and all would be good.  That never worked.  However, when he would do it, he would say it was working fine.  Same here.  This has been an issue since last Wednesday ...when they reported...probably longer...when the others had issues as well.  Now that you've gone into it, there is no longer an issue.  It's Rise Vision magic.
