Storage subscription payment problem

Hi there

We are having a problem subscribing to storage. 

I went to storage, since it was only 3 days left to subscribe, i wanted to suibscribe to  a monthly payment of service, given that we use Risevision on our displays. However when i go to "place your order" and select a payment, card number, needed info etc, i get "Error(s):
Error (The card could not be successfully charged. Please try again or try a different card.)"

I called a bank and i got the info that payment is half complete, that the funds are reserved and that they will probably be charged. So im guessing the problem is from your side.

So im kindly asking if you can resolve this problem as soon as possible or extend our trial for a few days until the problem is resolved because our trial expires today and we dont want to be left without our content on displays.

I should have probably done this sooner, but i thought like every other website that i am paying online, that there shouldnt be any problem regarding payments.

One more thing. We are from Serbia, which is former Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia doesnt exist anymore as a country, yet it is still on the list of countries when you select a country for payment. Serbia is not on that list. So im asking if you could remove Yugoslavia and put Serbia on the list.

I got a refund. What now? we dont want be without storage and its expiring today. And i dont want to pay again until im certain that it is okay, just to avoid refunds and things like that.
