Storage subscription and not reloading correctly

After missing the Feb 2nd deadline of needing to purchase "storage" (the screens are not displaying correctly now) I have now purchased one month of storage but the screens are still not working correctly, even after reloading the page.  Do I need to do something different in order to get the screens to display like they did before Feb 2nd?

Can you please log in to storage.risevision.com using the account associated with your Rise Vision account? I would like you to confirm it says "Subscribed" in the status.

I logged in and it does say "subscribed"

When you preview your presentations, are they loading content correctly?
No they are loading as a blank white page.
