Hello, I cannot upload to storage. I recieve this screen and nothing I can do will fix it. I have cleared cache and cookies several times, and tried this from three different computers with no luck. What am I missing?

When I click the upload icon I can choose a file but it never uploads.

Hi Kyle,

Can you confirm that 3rd party cookies are allowed?  If you go to chrome://settings/content in Chrome, can you confirm that the Block third-party cookies and site data option is not enabled/checked?

Thanks.

Hi Neal, I was able to confirm this -- see below

If you try accessing Storage using an incognito window, are you able to proceed further?  Normally Incognito windows are limited with the browser plugins that are loaded, as well as user accounts.

Other things to check, the presence of a proxy, or firewall that may be blocking some traffic. Are you able to access storage from a different computer? Can you let us know what operating system you're using?

If you're still experiencing issues, would you be open to a remote session so we can look at that computer directly to get a better idea as to why you're not able to access storage?  If yes, can you email support@risevision.com so we can provide additional details?

Thanks.

I tried incognito and it did not work for me.

I've tried it on three computers, using three different user accounts. Windows 7 64 bit, chrome. Not really sure what the deal is. I sent you an email to the support address as requested.

Thanks.

Kyle,

Can you try accessing Storage today to see if the problems you experienced yesterday have been resolved?

Thanks.

After two uploads, I left for a little while and came back to it and it stopped working. Now, I get this:

I have cleared cache but that did not work to get it going again.

Kyle,

If you right-click while looking at Storage, and select Reload Frame, do you see anything different at that point?

Thanks.

I just logged in for the first time today and it worked the first time. So, I am not sure if that would have worked or not.

Kevin,

Was this working previously for you, but then stopped working?

Can you confirm that you're using the latest version of Chrome and can you also let us know what operating system you're using?

Are there any Extensions that you have installed that you have allowed for use in an Incognito window?

Thanks.

Kevin,

Just to be on the safe side, could you provide a Presentation ID so we can check things on our end?  It can be an empty Presentation if desired.  The ID can be found in the URL when you are in the Editor.

Thanks.

Interestingly, its just started working again. Our presentation id is 52c65ac0-19c1-4b45-a36e-0ff63c47fa05 if you need to investigate further. The error occurred the day after we started receive the messages regarding the subscription for storage.

Thanks for your response.

Thanks for the additional information.

if it has been a few days since you last tried accessing storage, it could have been a temporary situation, similar to the one above and has since been corrected.

Thanks.

I have the same problem with cookies as noted above. I have tried all the suggestions listed. I am able to upload images from a computer at home, but not at work. Both using the latest versions of Chrome. Suggestions?

David,

Is it possible that your work network is blocking the uploads? You can test this by pulling up developer console in google chrome and seeing if there are any error messages.
