Storage payment issue

My order of storage has not taken effect. I paid with my MasterCard, and was charged $120.00 the same day, but I still get “Trial Expired Subscribe”. I ordered the storage on the 7 January, but my account is still not updated.
 
I have tried to reach support@risevision.com as advised by the mail when paying. But I got an automatic response “please create a new ticket at https://support.risevision.com”. But for that it needs a priority support subscription. I have received a mail from sale@risevision.com that my Trial is expiring. I have answered them by mail as well for help. Why do I still have “Trial Expired” when I have paid?

Any more expiring this problem?
