Hey everybody,

A lot of people have been curious when we would make purchasing Storage on a yearly subscription an option, and I am happy to announce that day is today! Check out the Storage product in the Store, and you'll now see the option to purchase as a Yearly subscription.

We're still working on the fine points of that, but if you wanted to do it immediately, you could simply cancel your existing monthly subscription, and then purchase the yearly subscription.

With regards to storage purchase. Are sub companies consider part of the 'parent' company? In other words, if I subscribe to storage with my main company, does that cover the storage for the subs as well?

No, you must purchase storage for each sub company as well, if you want to use that solution. Example: 1 parent company using storage with 3 sub companies each using storage, total cost is $40 per month or $480 per year

Having trouble processing a storage purchase transaction for a sub company. I submit my information, click purchase and it sorta just hangs there.

As a followup - My cart is registering the product selection. I just cant close the deal. Possibly a problem with Swipe?

Sorry for the delay in answering, can you try clearing the Google Chrome browser cache and seeing if this fixes the issue? I know when I have seen issues like that in the past, that is what solves it.

Also, just to be certain, you may want to click on the pencil icon in the Ship To Address section, and make 100% certain that the Ship To Company has a valid address. It will give you an error if the address is not valid, but that is the only thing I can think of that may be causing this (outside of a browser cache issue).
