Storage Costs Confirmation

Can you confirm exactly when the 90-day  free trial began?   Also, I understand at the end of that trial we will be charged $10/month, that includes storage for our entire district (all displays) with no limitations or additional charges.

 Please confirm the EXACT costs per month, as well as the billing process, as we expect to continue with Rise Vision Storage as our option for storage.

Hi Yvonne,

The trial for your Company has not yet started. We are currently staggering out the trials across all Companies, so you should see the trial begin very soon.

The best way to know how much time remains in your trial, is to click the Storage link, and across the top, will be the remaining time in the trial in bright green letters, looking similar to this:


The exact cost will be $10.00 plus any applicable taxes for your location. Invoices will occur on the same date every month and email notifications will be sent to the user who actually purchases the product, as well as any other users in the Company with the "Purchaser" role.

Robb, now that our trial has started, I have 2 questions: 
1. How do you bill?
2. Can we do a PO for the annual costs of $120 for our storage?

At this time we do not accept PO's, everything is charged to a credit card. Simply go to store.risevision.com, add the yearly subscription for Storage to your cart, click Place Your Order in the cart and fill out your credit card details. Once the card is charged successfully, you will be emailed an invoice notification with a link to your invoice detailing everything about your purchase.

Well, Robb, it does help.  However, we are a school district and must have a PO (no credit card) for all purchases.  We used a PO, initially, when we purchased design support from Rise Vision.  Has your policy changed?  Is there any way we can use a PO and send a check to make payment for a full year of storage and then get billed at least 60 days prior to renewal for the next year?
