Stop / start player

Hi,
I am looking for help with these two questions:

1. How can I go back automatically to the windows desktop once the presentation stops? All I see now is a white background with an X. I do not want to do ctrl+shift+Q.

2. If I stop the player with crtl+shift+Q I have no idea how to start the presentation again. I tried with the schedule but the display was offline and did not come online. I had to run the exe again and register the display as new.

Thank you for your help

Stop: CTRL+SHIFT+Q
Start: in search box (Windows10) start typing Rise Vision... then you will get 3 options: Start, Stop & uninstall Rise Vision App. Pick one you need.

Cesar, which operating system that is? You said it is Windows. Is it Windows 7, 8 or 10?

Cesar, I am on Windows 10, but just now I tried downloading the latest player from Rise Vision website, installed in on Windows 7 machine, started it, stopped it (CTRL+SHIFT+Q), then clicked the windows Start Menu symbol and in the search field started typing 'Rise Vision' and immediately got all three options to choose.

Now, if this not you case, then uninslall Rise Vision, download and install the lastet version from Rise Vision: for 32bit - http://install-versions.risevision.com/installer-win-32.exe, for 64bit - http://install-versions.risevision.com/installer-win-64.exe

Before you do that, remove Rise Vision App from Chrome if you used it for Chromeboxes in the past.
