spreadsheet widget not working on ChromeOS

I have tried this on a Chromebox and Chromebit, and both will not show the Spreadsheet Widget.  I can see it on a Preview, and I have seen it on a Mac running the chrome App, but the Widget will not display on the ChromeOS devices that are running in Kiosk mode.

I would like to know if this is a bug with Risevision or something with our network.

Bjorn, there is no bug with Rise Vision because the widget on two of mine Chromeboxes is working fine. See if you missed something somewhere, check the file sharing/posting properties.

The first thing to check is permissions. If they are not saved for the web and the link is not available in public, then you will not be able to view the spreadsheet content on the Display.

I have all the settings correct, but we have a new content filter which might be causing some issues.   I just found it odd that the spreadsheet app was the only thing not working.

Thank you for letting me know that it was not a bug, but rather something on my end.

Indeed, networking issues can very much happen.

Actually I think I figured it out.   I have the first 4 rows in my spreadsheet frozen, and when I put the range in the spreadsheet widget to not include those frozen rows it appears to be working now.

And I had to use the new spreadsheet widget
