Should I convert my video to WebM SD or WebM HD?

It really depends on the Placeholder size you are putting it into, AND the Player that will run the Presentation. If you are going to be putting the video into a Placeholder that is 1280x720 or 1920x1080, then you can really benefit from the HD resolution, but you need to make sure that the machine has the processing and memory capacity to play an HD video. Otherwise it will look all choppy and unimpressive :).

If the Placeholder is a smaller or custom non HD resolution, I would keep the video SD. It will just take up processing power to scale the HD video to fit the Placeholder, and you won't be benefiting from the HD resolution anyway.
