Service Interruption - User Accounts.

We are currently investigating an issue that is effecting a small portion of our user base. Some users may log into their accounts and not be able to see their content. This is currently under investigation, and we will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

A quick update regarding the status of this issue. We have identified the problem in question and have deployed a fix so it will not effect to any further users. We are currently identifying all affected users and moving forward with resolving their account issues.

For a while this morning I could not log into RiseVision. When I was finally able to log in, all my presentations, schedules and displays were gone. What happened?

I still cannot access my previously created presentation or my display I added today.
