We have a basic layout that the customer inputs info into Google spreadsheet
They claim the left column is scrolling . I have seen this before but not sure why.
Can you tell me the reason? When I view it on my screen remotely it is fine?

If I'm looking at the proper Presentation, it appears that there are several Spreadsheet Gadgets in use.  The leftmost one is set to scroll, the other 3 are not.

If all the data can fit inside the Placeholder, then there would be no scrolling regardless of how the Gadget is set.  Once you add additional rows, you may come across a situation where not all the rows fit in the Placeholder and as a result, the data will scroll (as long as scrolling is enabled).

Thanks.

Yes, you can set the Scrolling Direction to None in the Spreadsheet Gadget settings.

Thanks.

I noticed that there aren't any Displays listed in this company.  Are they just using Previews to view the Presentation? They may be using a different browser than what you're using (we do recommend the latest version of Chrome). Its also possible that the browser they are using has has it set so that the font appears larger.

I am having issues with their display as well. i had to use the browser options to zoom the display and even then it  doesn't quite fill the screen correctly.
i used the resolution specified on the flatscreen display to design the presentation.
any advice ?

Another issue is the screen not fitting the ration . The Flat screen is a Revolution 46" LCD which the specs say has a max resolution of 1366 x 768 so that's what we have the presentation designed to. But it seems to not fit appropriately. Is this a software issue or the NOW Micro media player issue? Any advice on how to address it  ?

When you say it doesn't fit, is the Presentation too large, or too small?

Can you confirm that the computer has the desktop set to 1366x768?  I'm not seeing any Displays listed for the company.  Are you just using the Preview in a browser?

Can you get a picture of how the screen looks and place it here?

Thanks

I will be at the site this afternoon. I believe you are correct and that we are just viewing the presentation in a browser. I believe we will need to install the Rise Vision Player before we go any further . Correct?

That would be the preferred method.  If you still encounter difficulties, let us know.

Thanks.
