Today i would like to add two screensavers to the list of things you can do with rise. One is for windows and the other is for mac.

The windows version has been updated to a newer chromium library based on v39. This should allow you to use the newer widgets in the screensaver. With this version you can no longer use when the login screen is up. That was due to the .net framework change to 4.5. Microsoft changed the way applications run and on login its no longer allowed. :( I did leave the disable reg keys in the zip file incase people where using the old version of the screensaver.

The mac screen saver is the same as before nothing new has really changed. Just recompiled and thats all that i really have done to it. Macs will auto unzip and all you need to do is double click the file and it should install to the location you need it to be.

Do not use video on them because it will not work or cache. This is just for images and other easy ads you like to have on a screensaver.

As far as use. You will need to use the presentation id to get it to work. A lot of users like to use this on multiple computers so its best to use that instead of the display id. Also with blocking on display ids it would cause even more issues. The presentation id is located in the editor on the top right conner. Its the gear icon on the editor.

These will be free, so please do not resale them. Anyway here are the links to download them. Thanks

Fantastic! Video also works I would like to note!

How does one change the set resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080?

This is up to the computer and the screen your using. The computer will need to be set to that resolution if the graphics card and screen can handle it. Also to change in rise there is a gear icon in the editor that allows presentations to be changed from one to the other but you will need to change how you present content due to the change in size.

I have updated the windows screensaver to fix a few minor issues. The fixes include the following.

Fixed mouse and keyboard not working when screensaver goes out of focus but still keeps playing.
Fixed scrollbars not hiding like they should if content is to large.
Fixed upgrade issues from newer version.

The only added feature is that the screensaver now runs on chromium v41 library

Note: You will need to uninstall the old screensaver and install the new one.

I wanted to update this to say the that the windows screensaver has been updated. The only thing that we did was update the chrome version to 47 with the update. Also for those installing it on new machines please install the visual studio c++ distubition 2013 x86 version located below. On machine with current version please unistall the older version first. Thanks
