Scheduling confusion?

I'm having a hard time getting my presentations to display at the right time.  Apparently, I have something screwed up.

I have two different presentations that I want to have run on different days of the week.  I go add them both to a schedule and it appears that only the first one in the list runs first even though it should be the second one running today.  The first one should only run on Sunday.

Any ideas?

yes, u got the scheduling wrong. let's say u need to show 1 presentation for 1 day of the week, different presentation for each day. For that you need 7 presentations in the schedule, then you set every one of them to show only on the specific day of the week, monday thru friday, from the entire day.

if you have only 2 presentations, then you simply make copies of them for each day you need them to play.

Interesting, so if you want to make a change to the presentation you have to duplicate it all again and assign the correct days?

No, I was talking scheduling, not changing presentation in any way. Alternatively, you can click "Add Playlist Item" again and select presentation again, but making the copy of what is already added is easier.

Hi Terry,

I am curious to know if you were able to resolve this. Another area to keep tabs on is the time zone set for each Display. You could be in eastern and set a Presentation for Noon, but it actually comes on at 3 pm, for example.

Let us know!
