Hello,
I am currently trying to setup the rise vision player to run on a chromebook in my enterprise environment. The goal is to use the chromebook to auto login to kiosk mode and display an internal url handed out by rise vision. However when I go to Schedules-Task-add presentation/url When I add in our internal url it gives me a cannot display icon.

any ideas?

Deven,

Are you able to access the URL through the browser on the chromebook?

Deven,

Can you try opening the normal chrome browser in incognito mode and accessing this website?

If you're abl to view the page in an incognito window, but not a normal wondow, a plugin may be installed on Chrome that is preventing the page from being viewed.  Another possibility would be something cached in the browser.

You can go to chrome://plugins/ to review what plugins are installed and disable them to see if that clears up what you're seeing.  You can also clear your browser's cache to see if that corrects what you're seeing.

Thanks.
