Schedules restarting every day

I am running Risevision on three displays, each display having a separate schedule set. On the displays is where I show menus that change daily and each presentation is set to repeat on a certain day every three weeks.

Two of my schedules are working seemingly perfectly, I occasionally come across a schedule conflict that I am able to change no problem.

The last of my schedule sets is not cooperating. For some reason, after every day, the schedule set is changing or resetting my saved three week rotation to a one week rotation, causing that one display to alternate between three presentations that were supposed to be set up to display, on say Wednesday, but in a three week sequence.

EG= Presentation1-Wednesday1, Presentation2-Wednesday2, Presentation3-Wednesday3

Any idea's on why this would be resetting?

If you set the Schedule up as intended, and refresh the page after saving it, does it keep those changes, or are they reverted back to something else?  Can you try making a new Schedule with the same settings to see if the problem continues there, or is only isolated to the one?

Thanks.

I just tried as you said- I refreshed after I saved it and it does not keep the changes, it goes from 3 weeks to 1 week.

The other two schedules are set up likewise, each displays are in the same dining room, alternating at the same times, only displaying different presentations. The first two seem to be working fine, its only this one schedule set that is resetting to one week after refresh

I believe I have found your Schedules and I immediately noticed the number of items in each one.  When I look at the items within each of them, they all appear to be set up with a 1 week occurrence.

When you save the Schedule, are you presented with an RPC error.

The schedule set I am referring to is "Grill Line Fall Semester 2014". I have not received any errors upon saving. I tried to go through to look for additional time conflicts but I cannot find any. It will save, and the display will act accordingly. But if I refresh the page, it reverts all presentations to a 1 week cycle.

I noticed that after I refreshed the page while viewing one of my other schedules that it did the same thing- reverted it back to 1 week cycle... I still do not see an error displayed after I save...

Thanks for the additional information.  To be fair, I haven't seen a Schedule with the number of Presentations you have contained within it.  Its possible that this is having an influence on what you're seeing.

In an effort to reduce the amount of Presentations in the Schedule to see if this clears up what you're seeing, you can try combining Presentations and utilizing the Timeline function within the Presentations to maintain the overall content intended to show. For instance, rather than have 2 Presentations for Monday (lunch, dinner), combine them into a single one and have the Timeline set within that to show the times for lunch and dinner on a 3 week cycle.

If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.

Thanks.
I am having the same issues!  Can someone help me?
