Scheduled Presentation does not display

Hi, 
I'm working on my first display and I cannot get my presentation to display.
I can see the RiseVision presentation.
I have checked the DisplayID, previewed the content and made sure that the content is in the schedule (580Wall). I have verified the Display name is in the schedule.
I can remotely restart the service and I'm seeing a green heart next to the display. Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks Blake - thank was the step I missed!

One more question:  My display has self-identified as 1536x864 - is my only option to do Custom?

The Display resolution that shows in the platform is grabbed from the Display itself, so there is no way of changing the resolution of the Display through the Rise Vision platform.

If you wanted to use the native resolution you reference above, then a custom sized Presentationis your only option. 

You can try modifying the resolution of the Display via the OS settings, but that may sacrifice the onscreen quality.
