I began to display information on 09/22 and everything good, now i have tried to include a presentation with both weather and clock widgets, that presentation previews just fine but for some reason they do not run in the schedule even they are included. what could be the issue? I now even tried deleting two presentations I had to leave only a schedule with these widgets but my surprise is that one of the deleted schedules keeps running but not the ONLY one I saved which is the one with the widgets. please help, I feel frustrated.

Hi Jorge,

Just to confirm, the Presentation with the weather and clock widgets runs, you just don't see the weather and clocks in the Presentation?  Can you confirm that the Distribution and Timeline settings within the Presentation for those Widgets are set properly?  If incorrectly set, it could lead to them not showing on a Display. Previews will ignore these settings and always show the content.

Thanks.

Thanks for your responde Neal.
im all confused now, I double checked distribution and timeline setting and it all seems to be ok, now the weirdest thing is that a schedule that I deleted yesterday keeps playing in our monitor but the only one that's left, "Clima" (weather) is not being displayed at all. Please see images attached.

Jorge,

Just to clarify, you are saying that the Presentation that is in a deleted Schedule is continuing to play on your Display? Can you confirm that the Display is online and connected to the network?

From your screenshot above, if the test Schedule has been deleted, you will have to add the Clima Presentation to a new Schedule. That new Schedule will have to include the Clima Presentation, and be assigned to the appropriate Displays. Once that is up and running, that Display should play the appropriate Presentation.

Let me know if I am misunderstanding.

Thanks!

bit confusing right? ok, here's the story:
I created a schedule with around 6 presentations, no issues. then I tried to include one more presentation (to the existing schedule) that included weather and clock widgets. I made sure that this new presentation (Clima) had its distribution and timeline correct and that it was properly published. well, this presentation ran ok during preview but never got to the point were it could be seen in the monitor (we currently have only one). so i deleted the schedule and all its 6 presentations and created only one that only included "clima" presentation, set its timeline, distribution, etc but no good result, for some reason the monitor keeps showing the deleted schedule (6 presentations) and it's not showing "clima" even that it is the only information that should be running ... weird. help me ..

From what I see, your Display has been reportedly offline since September 30.  If it is continuing to run, but isn't connected to our servers, it won't receive the command to switch the content that is viewed.  If you're behind a firewall or proxy, can you review the information here to ensure that the necessary sites are allowed.

Thanks.
