scene7 video no longer playing

I have been using a HTML type placeholder to play a brand video for over a year and after updating to the newest version of Rise yesterday it's no longer working. It's hosted on Adobe Scene7 servers and I use the embed code for a pointer. I have tried both HTML5 and Flash and neither are working. Is hosting content on Scene7 now blocked?

Hi Ben,
We recommend not running Flash since that is no longer supported. To confirm:
1. Are you using the HTML Widget and not HTML Item? If the Item, please switch to the widget via Add > Content > choose HTML Widget
2. Does the content require authentication? If so, the Player does not support authentication
3. Does the content allow for embedding? Or are you able to preview the content?

If you can also please send through the link, we can take a look at this further.

Thanks,
Hannah

I tried the html widget but the video is not starting automatically like it should be. I'm now converting the video to MP4 and reupload to Scene7 and try the video widget. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for your reply.

Here are the video and HTML links that I was trying... either way is fine whatever works!

http://s7d2.scene7.com/s7viewers/html5/VideoViewer.html?videoserverurl=http://s7d2.scene7.com/is/con...

<style type="text/css">#s7_videoview.s7videoviewer{

height:auto;
}

</style>
<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript" src="http://s7d2.scene7.com/s7viewers/html5/js/VideoViewer.js"></script>;

<div id="s7_videoview"></div>
<script type="text/javascript">
var s7_videoview = new s7viewers.VideoViewer({
"containerId" : "s7_videoview",
"params" : {
"asset" : "SensataTech/Sensata Technologies - Brand Video",
"serverurl" : "http://s7d2.scene7.com/is/image/";,

Ben, I am sorry, what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to play some place hosted video or YouTube hosted video? I understand it must 'autoplay' , but does it also need to loop? I have a couple of working solutions for you, but I need to know a bit more about what you are trying to make there.

I figured it out late friday. You are correct, I need it to autoplay and loop a brand video for my company. I converted the original video to .MP4 HTML5 and used the embed code in the new HTML5 widget and that worked. Thank you for your ideas everyone.
