Scale Larger presentation to display with smaller resolution

I have a 16 screen array that my client wants to now take the content from and send to another display. The 16 screen array has a combined 4k resolution where the single screen has a 1920x1080. Understanding the presentations were already built to the 4k resolution and are not repsonsive. Since the aspect ratio is the same is there a way to force the player to scale the content to fit the resolution?

I know you can edit the ini file to have custom resolution, which works great when spanning multiple screens Windows 8/10, just trying to find a way to scale the the content down to the 1080 resolution without having to rewrite all templates to be responsive.

Thanks!

I do not think there is away to downscale the content from 4K to 1080p. There is a way to upscale from 1080p to 4K. I mean if all you presentations were for 1080p then there would be a way to publish them to 4K displays as well, but other way around... I am afraid there is none. But I would wait for official reply; i am not interested too.

All content was built to 4k, not 1080 the new ask is to send the 4k content to the 1080 screen.

No, I know. I do not think there is way from RV side to address that issue, but maybe screens (TVs) have some 'fit in screen' setting or something...

Thats what i was hoping. Shave a little time from having to go back and rewrite 15 presentations!
