After logging in to the RiseVision home page rva.risevision.com and selecting the 'hamburger' icon near the top right, I get prompted to login again. The top of page menu (Presentations Gadgets ...) seems to work except for Displays which also wants me to login again. Whassup?
Thanks for contacting us about this. This is an issue that surfaced with our new log in capabilities that were recently added so that people can now create accounts and log in without the need for a Google email address. We are actively working on this and should have it resolved soon.
In the mean time, you should be able to log in without issue if you go to apps.risevision.com to log in.
