RV player no more to be found under Startup programs in Windows 10?

How so? It used to be there and it was very easy to prevent RV player from firing up by simply disabling it. I used this option when wanted to work on the device for longer periods of time.

I think this may be a bug, as I have experienced something similar. Can you trying reinstalling player and see if that solves the issue like it did for me. Also just curious did your engine lose connection to the internet for an extended period of time?

mlm, there is apparently something wrong and it is happening with each PC I am installing RV on lately. I did re-installed RV, but it is all the same.

I started looking at it and it appears that Electron makes to the startup list, but it is named as 'background' process.

Hi there Darius,

When you look at the Startup Programs in Task Manager on Windows 10, you can see the Background Process listed there. This is for the Rise Vision Player:

Robb, so you must have changed things from what it was before. The Intel Compute Stick still has Electron logo under Startup programs. That is OK, I can work... worked with that already. Thank you.
