Our client had their internet drop out on the display, causing them to go offline. After a day the internet came back, the players did not reboot at 2am like they should have and they stayed offline even though the Ubuntu box had internet connection. I had to go out to site to manually reboot all the players to get rise to start again. Is there a way to make rise persist to check if there is connection?

Hello,

I wanted to confirm. Is this the Altitude NUC in your account? And if so, can you confirm the date on which this occurred?

Thanks!

It is not. This is a sub company called "Quicklees Lakeview"

Hi there,

Looking at all the 8 Displays in this Company, none are set to restart at 2 am. In order to restart at 2 am, the checkbox needs to be checked: https://goo.gl/8gdXWt

Also, looking at all these Displays, I noticed that they do not include a "Last Connection Time". Have they been offline for a significant amount of time? Is it possible that they do not have a reliable internet connection where they are currently?

Thanks!

I unchecked those intentionally. When I wrote the initial message 2 had the reboot off, those were the only two playing content when the internet did drop overnight. I just checked, their last connection was at 9:26pm tonight.
