Hi all,

I want to use RiseVision on a local LAN where it will be no connectivity to Internet. Is this possible? Or if I put Internet just on the server, it can run?

Thank you!

Hi there,

I'm sorry, but no - RiseVision will not work properly in that scenario.  The media players must be able to connect to the cloud.  There is not an enterprise version of RiseVision available to run on your own network.  If you are interested in this as an option, I would recommend that you post this as an idea here in the community: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/share-your-ideas-with-the-community

We do watch this community closely and this is where we derive the ideas for product enhancements as we go forward, so please do add this idea!  It will be interesting to see how many others give the idea a +1

Thank you

hi i have a requirement for signage for my customers, mostly clinics, we are a token system provider, we wanted to integrate our token system to risevision signage, i tested that, but the token system will give a local url like this (192.168.1.2/tm/display.html) but this is not working, if the url is hosted it will work, so how can this problem get solved.

Hi Joseph,

I just wanted to make sure that your question was answered in your other thread: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/in-the-digital-signage-i-need-to-bring-a-url...

Did you have any additional questions?

Thanks!
