RiseVision Displays from Chromeboxes only showing background color

We have RiseVision displays running on Chromeboxes in two school districts. Early last week the displays in one district starting just showing only the background color, for example: solid white or blue then later in the week the other district did the same thing. When I look at the preview everything looks OK, but the display is still messed up. I've tried restarting the Chromeboxes, reinstalling the RiseVision app, and republishing the presentation. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

We don’t support ChromeOS at this time, and the Rise Vision Chrome App Player for ChromeOS is now an open-source community project. If you would like more information on this, please see the “ChromeOS” section of https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display

Any chance that these Presentations have set Displays set in the Distribution, and those Displays that are not in the list? OR, is it possible these Placeholders had Timelines and are now not set to show?

Another option available would be to do a powerwash on one of the devices that is giving you trouble, to see if that corrects the issue.

Thanks for the reply! It turns out that our web filter was blocking some of the content. It is working now!
