I just setup storage and uploaded videos for 4 displays. An few hours later the folders and data are gone. Does this mean video storage is not supported or has the data been moved.

Robbie,

I've taken a look at your account and I see three folders containing .webm files, as well as one .webm file in the root directory. Could it be that you're logged into the Rise Platform on the wrong account? Can you log into rva.risevision.com in an incognito window using the email address you signed up with?
