Rise Vision went Offline

My Rise Vision Display has been "offline" for about a week, how can I get it back "online"? There were no changes to the network.

Can you give us some more info? When you say your display is offline, do you mean the Display is showing a red heart next to it on the Rise Vision website? Or the display offline on your end and not showing the scheduled content?

Looking at your account, it looks like you're using our Chrome App Player. I would make sure that Chrome is up to date on your media player. I would also take down the presentation (Ctrl+W) and confirm that the media player is in fact connected to your network. If the media player has not been rebooted recently, you could try that as well. If the network was lost at some point, the player will continue playing content from cache. So there may in fact be a network issue, but you may not notice it by looking at the display.

Click the three horizontal lines in the top right of your Chrome browser, click "About Google Chrome", Chrome will detect if it's up to date. If it's not up to date click "Relaunch to update".
Blake the player is up to date, it is connected to our network. I restarted the player as well. The heart is still red.

Its the chromebox so the google OS
