I have two Rise Vision accounts. One plays hosted links from dropbox and drive just perfeclty, the other account flat doesn't. What is the missing step here to get my second account working off dropbox and drive as well?

Hi there,

It's hard to say just from the information you've given me. Are the images set to appear on both displays? What are the differences between the two media players? Are they both running the same player?

With those questions out there, I will mention that dropbox is generally not recommended as a host for images/video content. We have had instances in the past where users have used dropbox as a host and their accounts have been blocked or throttled.

Hi Blake,

They are different images so the two accounts are not sharing an image. They are the same media player. One machine is XP pro I think, the other is W7

Are you using Native player or Chrome App Player?

Windows player. When I try to add the Chrome version I'm not sure what or where it went

Please see the documentation at www.risevision.com/player for information on how to get Chrome App Player up and running on your machines.

Front-desk,

Can you please provide me links to the two presentations that you are having the issue with?
