Schedules can be one of the more complicated aspects of Rise Vision, this guide will go through a simple schedule example. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to add it in the comments.

Simple Schedule
Let’s say you are creating a schedule for a restaurant. There are 3 presentations, one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you have the same menu plan every day on all your displays. Here is one way you could achieve create your schedule.

Presentation and Time Requirements
Presentation A (Breakfast): 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Presentation B (Lunch): 12:00PM - 5:00PM
Presentation C (Dinner): 5:00PM - 8:00AM

Order of Presentations Everyday
Presentation A (Breakfast)
Presentation B (Lunch)
Presentation C (Dinner)

Schedule Settings in Rise Vision

With this schedule Breakfast would play all morning from 8:00AM till 12:00PM, then Lunch would play from 12:00PM till 5:00PM, and lastly Dinner would play from 5:00PM till 8:00AM when Breakfast would start again.

*Duration is measured in seconds.

So in this scenario, what if I wanted a presentation call it Presentation All Day, to play when A, B and C are not playing.  I'm trying to do this unsuccessfully by setting my All Day presentation to always and specific times on my other presentations, but the other presentations never play.

HSHS TV's,

I'd like to investigate this a bit further, but I think there are 2 options here that could work right now to get this working for you:

1. You could have Breakfast from 8 - 12, Lunch from 12 - 5, Dinner from 5 to 12, and then All Day from 12 - 8.

2. Have the All Day Presentation in the Schedule 3 times, playing at the exact same times as Presentations A, B and C. This way, Presentation A plays for 10 seconds, then All Day for 10 seconds, Presentation B for 10 seconds, then All Day for 10 Seconds, etc.

Let us know if either of those options will work for you.

Thanks!
