Rise Vision App - screen is black

Hello: 

The RiseVision app on the mac, the screen is black.  I tried rebooting the computer and app, but nothing seems to work.  It was working fine this morning. 

Any ideas?

Rise Player on Chrome OS has been released as an open source project to the community and it is no longer directly supported or maintained by Rise Vision at this time. Would it be possible to switch this to a Windows or Linux Display which is a supported OS, and run our Windows or Linux Player on it?

From your description, the first thing that comes to mind would be that the Display is set to a specific timeline for example, 9 am - 5 pm), and the Display is currently outside of that timeline.
