Rise Player Run on Restart

Just did the initial install of the Ubuntu 14.04 Rise installation. When the pc reboots, the rise player comes up as if it is continuing installation and it says unknown error has occurred. I am new to the Rise Vision scene (coming from MagicInfo legacy) and am a little miffed as to what is going on. The startup programs say that it is an unattended install  on reboot instead of opening up the player itself.

Hi Michael,

Can you confirm that the player has network access at bootup? When the error message comes up, simply open a browser windows and navigate to google.com, please let me know if there is network connectivity.

It takes a minute for the network to come up. After that it works fine. Is there a way to delay the startup of the player?

Ok disregard that solution.

Fix: Instead of having DHCP, instead set the IPV4 config as static. Then, when the Rise app pops up, it sees that it has a valid ip config and the network adaptor is up. Pauses for a second and then loads perfect! I will start a second thread with another issue I am having.
