Rise Player freezing in kiosk mode

I have a Chromebox with Rise Player set to start through kiosk mode. It starts to boot Rise Player but gets stuck on a grey screen with a graphic of small dots aligned in a circle that "spins".

I have tried creating several different schedules with different photos via URL. I chose "always" and "all displays" for options.

When in the Chrome OS, I can open Rise Player and it plays the content without issue.

I have one Chromebox that is specially formatted through my company (IT holds the top admin rights). The issue described comes from this box.

I have another Chromebox that has been totally wiped clean and is as new. So far that one has worked great but for some reason it won't enter into kiosk mode despite following the directions to do so.

Official Response
The first Chromebox needs to be wiped-out and set again. We had similar problem once, similar symptoms. There was no other way fixing it; many users get that. We actually got 2 of them down like that after some update few months ago. Never happened since. What is wrong with the second player I have no idea... I would check the installation steps one more time, but I am sure you've done this like hundreds times.
