When i go into the display i created under "display", the resolution shows 1024 x 600. This is not correct as the TV resolution & my presentation resolution is 1280 x 720! How do i change this in my display setting?

Nizam,

The resolution that is there is reported back by the Player itself, and is a read only value.

If you check the resolution settings on the physical computer, can you confirm that they are 1280 x 720?

Hi Nizam,

Are you using Windows, or a different operating system?

I have seen with Windows a possible solutions: Right click on desktop, personalize, displays (lower left corner), "let me choose one scaling for all displays" , medium, sign out

Then on Chrome from either desktop shortcut or from it's program folder.
right click, properties, Compatibility tab, check to disable scaling on high dpi

I hade a problem with the resolution, it was displayed 720x1280 evenso the presetnation was 1080x1920. This solved it.

Hi, I have 5 ASUS managed Chromeboxes all with OS45,  running on 1920x1080 TV`s.
I recently noticed that when making some print screen from the Google`s Management Console it gave me  images with 1366x768 resolution, so it shows an incomplete image. I contacted a google`s support rep but they told me that this must be an issue related with the kiosk App (RV), I have told them what Robb mentioned above, they still saying the same. I,am not sure if they are right or not, but what I found is that when I took a look to all 5 displays info at RiseVision, all were showing  the wrong resolution 1366x768, so it makes me sense of why I got those resolution ́s print screens . I performed "restart player"  (not a reboot) to all displays and that makes to have now the correct resolution info, and so the complete print screens (need to mention that even the difference, that doesn't  means  a wrong resolution output). I had all devices set to reboot at 3:00 am (I just changed to 6 am) so, if once a reboot is made and as I found it must correct the resolution info, then I can ́t understand when does this change take place and why it happens.
Any clue or suggestion?
Thanks!!
