Hi

On one of our new tvs the resolution is 1920x1080. I have set this up in windows 10 and that is fine. However when i load my created template it is way off. I then looked in the display settings and found that rise thinks the resolution is 1280x720.

Any ideas.

Thanks

Just in case anyone else has this issue

Go to settings then display and change windows scaling from 150% to 100%

Thanks

Seems to happen every new Windows 10 set-up for us. I guess Microsoft wants a middle setting users can go up or down from for larger or smaller text.

We fix Windows Scaling before installing Rise Vision player, but it's easy to fix after as well.

It happened to me once or twice before, but lately I have not gotten this anymore. Perhaps Windows addressed this issue with one of their updates or maybe it has something to do with the type of monitor/TV the device is connected to.
