Remote Access to Storage Files

I listed this as a question, but it could become a problem.  I accessed our account remotely (from my home PC) and when I logged into storage none of my files were visible or available.  It listed us as "Subscribed" but no files.  Today I am logged in at my desk, and the files are all there as usual. 

Can you tell me why this might be happening?  It could be a problem as I might need to update my presentations from my home PC occasionally and will need to access storage.  Thanks for your help.

This should definitely not be the case. Your storage files should be the same everywhere, not dependent on your location. Can you please check again at your earliest convenience and let me know what you see? If the problem reoccurs, please email your company ID from the email account attached to your Rise Vision account to support@risevision.com and put Attention; Blake somewhere in the email.
