Has any other Rise Vision user install a remote access program in their media players? If so what has been successful?

What kind of players specifically are you asking about. I have not find any useful solution for Chromebox player in kiosk mode. I may be wrong, but to my understanding there is no remote access in this case for it. There is some little remote access functionality with managed Chromebox devices.
For Android I found the only somewhat working solution only this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tcx.mdm

I have to say it was not consistent all the time, but it did work when I was using it... some time ago. It was quite complicated to access control panel online, but as I can see they have made some updates and maybe now it is working better. I liked it because it was the only app working from anywhere with the Internet access, not only from the same network as your managed device.

I am  using Rise Vision Intel i3 NUC's with windows 7. I was looking at the chrome remote desktop, but I looks like a beta version that is not quite complete.

For Windows, again, some time ago I was using TeamViewer and it worked for me very well: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx?pid=google.tv.teamviewer_exact.s.us&gclid=CjwKEAjw-IOwB...

Hi Darius,

Thank you for jumping in here!  At Rise, we use ScreeConnect and have used Bomgar in the past.  However, both of those are not free services.
