Until just recently by presentation was nice.  Recently the Background images are very inconsistent. Occassionally it will show up in the editor and other times it does not. It rarely shows up in the preview and not on displays.  I tried to add it as an image instead of using the backgroung but the same thing happens.

Are you using Rise Storage? Do you have a preview so we can see what you are describing?

The image is storage in Google Drive (which I know you don't really support for photos from what I am reading)  but it has worked fine until recently so I know it does work.  Here is the link to a previews  http://preview.risevision.com/?type=presentation&id=0f03b32f-e26c-41ee-bfe8-f8baa2821cdd

Joan,

I am using background image option for presentations and placeholders a lot, but I never had any problems like yours. This is why I asked about your storage because I am sure this problem has something to do with one of those: storage, internet provider/network or your player (is it Chromebox?). I am storing my images in RV Storage or GoDaddy hosting and they show just fine, except occasionally fail to load on Chromebox.

Joan,

When I try to access your image directly from Google Drive, I get a 502 error. The image link that you used no longer works. Google deprecated webhosting of files as of August 31st, see the announcement here. I would suggest you find another host for your media files, such as Rise Storage.

Joan, sign up for a free trial period and see if the problem goes away when you pull images from there.
