Rave alert expiration time issue

When posting a CAP Rave alert to our Rise account, sometimes Rise respects the expiration set on the alert, and other times, it expires based off the Rise "default expiry" value. We would expect it to always respect the Rave CAP expiry value, but it doesn't. Seems 50/50.

I'm going to test this out to see if I can get similar results. Can you let me know what expiry time you are entering is at GetRave? I want to test with that same value.

I had one minute expiry on Rise and 10 on Rave. Sometimes it shows for 1 minute and others 10. I would think if Rave is sending an expiry, Rise should honor that over anything put into Rise.
