Raspberry pi and Google Slide Show

The Pi runs a google slide show for morning announcements.  However upon refresh the slide show will turn black and will not reload.  I'm curious if anyone has had a similiar problem.  http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=006c7e51-68be-44a9-b7bd-533bce4da...  I looked at the processor on the pi and it never hit 100%, I'm thinking it is a network issue.  If I tell the gadget to never update it runs all day.  But the slideshow never get updated either.  Thoughts?

Hi John,

First and foremost, I loved you in The Big Lebowski.

Secondly. while I'm not an expert on Raspberry Pi, there are some great members of our community that are! One of them may have a pointer for you.

Is there a chance you could try this pi/display on a different network? I'm not sold on it being a network issue, but you may want to rule that out first.

My wife's name is Rosanne!  j/k

I have put together 15 different raspberry pi's, One pi in the network runs perfect all day.  However, that pi seldom gets updated.

Really seems like the pi stops refreshing, or that part locks up.

John,

Since I don't have the expertise in Raspberry Pi (and no hardware to test on), I think it's best if I refer you over to the community Raspberry Pi thread. If you post your question in there, it'll get some more eyes on it!
