I have 2 Intel Compute Sticks, on both during install of the rise vision windows 32 bit installer for the display, it gets to a point and says that it is unable to connect to the internet and wants me to enter proxy settings.  I do not use a proxy on this network.  I've also tried both my secure network (with cisco firewall) and my unsecure network (with cheap netgear router).

Hi Jon,

Can you confirm that these devices have access to the resources outlined under Install Rise Player?

Jon, last night we discovered an issue where if a user name has a space in it, the Player will bring up that Proxy page and not continue. We rolled back to a version of the installer that should not have this issue, and we are working on a corrected version that does not have this issue.

If you download the installer from our Create a Display page now, you should not have this issue. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, and will update you when the problem is corrected.

Thanks!
