We have been made aware of an issue with storage this morning that is affecting our users. When a user tries to upload a file to a sub-folder, the file actually uploads to the root directory of that user's storage account.

This issue is currently under investigation, and we will keep you updated as we have more information available.

This issue has been resolved. Rise Storage users should now be able to upload directly to sub-folders as expected.

I can't get this to work.  I've tried uploading a folder and can't select it. And i've tried uploading individual files to a folder I created on Rise Storage- it goes to the root.
Help!

Hi Mike,

Can you please try accessing and using Rise Storage in an incognito window. Let me know if that works.

Thanks,
Shea

I was able to upload to the folder by creating the folder online, navigating to that folder and uploading the individual files.

Hi Mike,

Have you been able to upload a folder since this morning? And could you let me know which browser you are using.

Thanks,
Shea
