Problem Uploading Photos to Storage "Upload Not completed"

On behalf of our tech...

Our division office videowall storage is not working for uploads.  I have had the office try incognito mode, and completely clearing their browser cache.  I have also tried on my own workstation (and I never have any issues uploading – I have even tested uploading the same file to another videowall – no issues).  I have posted a link to a quick clip of a video of what is happening.  You’ll see it is unusual, because the upload occurs, but then afterwards, it fails out: http://1drv.ms/1tRknBa

Its not a security/firewall/proxy issue, it is directly related to this one account, both inside and outside our network – other accounts are working fine both inside and outside our network.

I’ve tested different files, the exact same occurs (appears to upload, then fails out).

The issue persists outside of our network.  It only is affecting the one account (videowall-00@ecsrd.ca is the account).  It is doing it for every kind of file – size, type doesn’t make any difference.

If it is just the one user that is having the problem, can you have them go to https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1. On that page, highlight the Rise Vision entry and then click on Revoke access to the right of the list?  Once that is done, can you go back and access Rise Storage?
Thanks.

Shawn,

Can you try uploading again and let us know if you are successful?

Thanks.

I have this EXACT same issue right now.  I attempted your Revoke Access tip, no such luck.  This is the first time I have tried to upload since the Storage went to a paid subscription, still 70 days left on the trial.  That wouldnt have anything to do with it, would it Neal?

It appears you are trying to upload with a different Gmail account than the one you are signed in with to RVA.

Are you normally signed in with multiple accounts in Chrome?  Can you try clearing your cache and trying again?  If you get the error again, can you provide the steps as to how you signed in and which steps you took when signing in (which account did you select to use, etc).

Thanks.
