Problem retriving files from Rise cache

Both displays are showing this message. Tried rebooting the display computers. Didn't work. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Hi Sourav,

I was just looking at your 5405 Front Entrance Presentation, and I see that it is only the one image, is this the one that is showing this issue?

I also noticed that all devices playing this Presentation are currently offline, and the only devices that are online are the ChromeBit Players. Currently the ChromeOS is not a supported OS, so I can't help much if the issue is occurring there. 

One fix you may want to try is to use a different image instead of the one that is currently in the Presentation, and see if that solves the issue.
