Priority Support Remote Diagnostics

I noticed in the product description for Rise Vision Priority Support there's mention of remote diagnostics. I'm curious, does this mean remotely connecting to the display computer or to the user's computer? What mechanism is Rise Vision using for this?

Hey Robert!

In general, we connect to the display computer, unless the customer is having issues with editing their presentation/schedule/display. We use a product called ScreenConnect to accomplish this.
