I'm not able to preview the presentations in the preview mode in the Google Chrome browser. I have tried different computers and cleared the browser cache, history etc.. but still no success. Can you please advise if someone is also having the same issue ?

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty.

When you do click on the Preview button, what do you see? Is there a loading animation in the middle of the screen, or something else?

I'm not aware of anybody else experiencing issues with this.

Thanks.

Sulman,

Just so I understand, you are having these issues with preview AND on the Display. Do I have that right?

From the Presentation that you emailed us a link to, I can preview it without issue, so I think it may be a blockage in your network.

Can you ensure that all sites listed at the bottom of this page are allowed passage through your network security solution?

If you are also having issues with previews, you may want to add preview.risevision.com to that list as well.

Let us know how you make out.

The error will come up if you you are not authorized to view the page or you do not have permission to view the directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

Are you using either method below to enter the URL in the Web Page Widget? (Be advised, that these methods send the username and password in plain text (no encryption)).
