Preview works fine, but displaying page in player after publish doesn't work.

The Presentation is RR-CenterTaps.  When I preview it, it displays fine, if I view the original HTML page it works fine, if I publish it and send it to the actual player, only half the page displays.

It looks like the Presentation and Display resolutions match (1080x1920 portrait).  Could you check to see if the display resolution is magnified at 100% on the Display? You can use the guide at https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/guide-to-setting-the-proper-resolution

The display shows 100% scaling.

Hi Jaye

Thanks, I recreated the RR-CenterTaps presentation and have it running on a 1080x1920 display (portrait) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x64. I can see the full presentation. Are you also on the same OS? Also do you have a photo/could you provide further info by the display showing only half the page (ie is it only the top/bottom half, or the vertical half)? Thanks.

I'm running on windows 10 32 bit with the rise 32 bit player.  I can try ubuntu, I was just hoping to stay windows-based.    The display shows the top and bottom, but the javascript animation that changes the slides only plays on 1/2.  (the top).  The bottom displays an image, but doesn't run the animation.  If I display the web page directly, both the top and bottom image sliders function.

Hi Jaye
Thanks, I have this running on Windows 10 Pro x64. For both OS' I can see the animations for the top and bottom presentation.
However looking at the Placeholder's widget setting, I can see that it's on a legacy version of the Webpage Widget (if you right click on Placeholder, it states 'Web Page Widget (inactive)'). Can you try re-adding the Web Page Widget again via Add > Content > add Webpage Widget and relink. Let us know how you go!

Thanks

Hannah
