Hello,
Can you tell if it is normal that the preview of a presentation is available in public mode to anyone knowing the link and thus, even not sign-in RiseVision.
I've used copy/paste this preview : http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=92552035-a504-4cf9-b15d-996ac6e5b... and I can get it running in a Chrome incognito session.
Is it by design ?
We aim to use RiseVision for internal communication. Even if we will not broadcast sensitive information, we would not like that some of them are available outside due to someone knowing the link and sending it outside.
Thanks

Hi Thierry, yes that is true and yes it is by design. What Users have done to protect sensitive information is to publish it within their network only so that if the preview is viewed from outside the resources that it is showing what appear. Follow me?

Thanks!

Thanks for this very fast reply.
That is very clear but it is nice to know. If I have sensitive content to show, I've to syndicate it on the presentation from company internal server (not exposed publicly on the Internet).
