Presentations have disappeared

Hello all,

we deployed risevision at our business and it is working great. Sort of. We went to log in last Friday and all of our presentations and displays are gone from our account. our display is still running and showing the presentation just fine, but obviously we can now no longer make changes or anything else. What can we do to find a solution to this?

This isn't the google account hosting our presentations, FYI..

Chris,

It sounds like you may be logged in with the wrong account. Can you make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser, clear your browser cache, and try logging in with the account you used to create the Presentations and Displays?

Let me know if that doesn't solve the issue.

I am not logged into the wrong account. I am definitely using google chrome as my browser, but let me clear my cache and see what happens.

Yep, I have verified that I have logged in with my account I used to create my presentations and diplays, and I have completely cleared my browser cache. I still have the same result.

Hmm...that's a weird one.

When I look up your email address, I see one Company that has 3 Displays, 2 Presentations and 1 User. It says you last logged in on the 18th.

When you log in, it will say the Company name in the top right of the page. Is that the correct Company name?

If I am not looking at the right Company, can you email support@risevision.com with the Company name that I should look for?

Chris,

I did some checking, and there were actually 5 Companies created with that name, all around within 1 minute of each other. I wonder if there wasn't a Google "hiccup" for lack of a better term at that exact minute, similar to this one 13 days ago.

Either way, what I did was delete the Companies that had no Presentations/Displays in them, and only left the one with 1 user, 1 Display, 1 Presentation.

Can you try logging in with that account now and let me know if you see the correct information?

Just reading this forum and we are having the same problem. Tried logging in all week and none of our presentations are on the site any more. They are all still playing on our displays but we can not edit them since everything is gone from the RiseVision site. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

As stated in our email back to you, I'd recommend clearing your cache and logging in with the account you have used previously. Let us know if that solves the issue.
