Presentations Not Updating without restarting player

We have noticed recently that presentations are not auto updating when we save and publish them. If we go the player and restart the device or the RiseVision app it will update. Previously presentations updated with a few seconds of publishing them. Our network team has confirmed that nothing has changed in the network settings and that nothing is being blocked to/from the devices.

We are using Cenique C110 Media Player.

Any ideas?

Hmm...I'm not seeing this issue with my C410 or C110. Brad, you may want to contact Cenique directly at support@cenique.com to see if they can be of any assistance. I'll inform them of this forum thread.

Hell Brad,

As Robb recommended, please send us an email at support@cenique.com. Also please  provide the MAC ID or serial number of the C110 media player. The MAC ID a 12-digit number like: 11:22:BB:77:FF:44, which is displayed on the Cenique home screen; or provide the serial number found on the Cenique Media Player.

I've emailed cenique support.

Maybe I'm being a bit impatient with the content refresh -- what is a normal time to expect for text content to update on the player?

In general you should see a content update within 15 minutes.

Does this also apply to google slide updates?   I want the content to refresh without having to restart the player.   My customer is going to make changes at any time, and I don't want them to have to call me to restart the player every time.

Hi Karen,
You can try the Web Page Widget and link to the Google Slides since the widget has a data refresh interval option.
