Presentations differ by campus name text only. Is there a way to have one presentation instead of many?

We have many campuses, but use the same 'default' presentations on each campus. So the presentations only differ by one word: the campus name (in a text placeholder) displayed at the top of the 'default' presentations.

This far, we've had to just copy one of the 'default' presentations, change only the campus name text , then re-save it as a unique presentation. The problem now is that the number of presentations are growing greatly because of this, and these numbers of presentations are beginning more difficult to manage, and they're really the same presentations except for the unique campus name.

Is there a way to have a variable text field, so we can use the same presentation for all the campuses? For example, for just 3 campuses we have 18 unique presentations, where in fact, these presentations are exactly the same, save the campus name. If we could avoid duplicating all these presentations, we could get the number of total presentations for these three campuses down to just 3!

Thanks,
Robert

Robert,

Yes, this is absolutely possible.

You will begin with your default presentation, in that presentation, you'll add a placeholder for each school's individual text box. After that, you can simply select which display to activate that placeholder on by clicking edit next to the distribution field.

Nice. I'll try it out.

Thanks!
